In the year 2008 he has got another “Best Villain Award” for his role in “Rangeela Babu” at ETV’s Bhojpuri Cinema Samman. Before ETV’s he has already won Best Villain Award in Bhojpuri World’s Bhojpuri Cine Award. When announced at stage, Avdhesh got emotional and asked her mother to take the award, told at stage dedicated to my mother who is my inspiration and constant supporter. I will never forget the trust & love of all Bhojpuri viewers who made this possible. Right now Lagat Rah E Rajaji is showing in the theatres while Vidhata, Bhojpuria Don is expected to be release soon.
Sweety Chhabra in Laxmi Jaisan Dulhin Recent winner of Popular Bhojpuri Actress award Sweety Chhabra now set up for her new debut in Laxmi Jaisan Dulhin. Pankhudi Sinha who is the producer of this film is only 20 years old and came into the industry to make Bhojpuri cultured film. She says that present flavors are not related to Bhojpuri culture and I am here only to make such films. Film will be directed by Jitendra Suman.
Mai Ta Bas Mai Badi – From GP Sippy Production The great royalty maker of Indian cinema who made the block buster film “Sholey” has ready with their first Bhojpuri film “Mai Ta Bas Mai Badi”. Film is being written & directed by Dayanand Rajan. Ravi Kisan & Nagma are in lead whereas Kunal Singh is playing double role. As its banner “GP Sippy” film has many big bollywood names in this film like Himani Shivpuri, Upasana Singh, Vijay Khare, Praveen Singh Sisodiya, Subodh Seth, Reeta Bhaduri. Music by Anand Milind.
